Position Overview:
This Member Services Representative position is a temp role with the potential to become permanent. The Member Services Representative is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service to our members. This role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our healthcare plans and services. The Member Services Representative will liaise between members and healthcare providers to ensure a seamless and positive healthcare experience.
Responsibilities of the Member Services Representative:
- Be responsible for customer service.
- Assist with information dissemination.
- Take charge of problem resolution.
- Documentation.
- Assist with compliance.
- Assist with outreach.
- Team collaboration.
Qualifications for the Member Services Representative:
- Call center experience.
- Healthcare experience.
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma is required.
