Client Overview:

Our client, a non-profit organization, is seeking a Director of Fiscal Intermediary to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis. Candidates must reside in NJ, and be commutable to the Monroe Township area to work onsite 3 days per week. 

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$40/hr – $50/hr DOE 

Position Overview:

The Non-Profit Director of Fiscal Intermediary will oversee daily operations, compliance, and service delivery of the program. The role is a true temp-to-hire opportunity and will begin immediately. 

Responsibilities of the Non-Profit Director of Fiscal Intermediary:

  • The Director of Fiscal Intermediary will oversee the program, build relationships with program members, and manage the call center, compliance, and enrollment program teams. 
  • Manage the fiscal intermediary services, employers, and self-directed service employees.
  • Handle payroll, tax compliance, and financial processes.

Required Experience/Skills for the Non-Profit Director of Fiscal Intermediary:

  • Experience with fiscal intermediary services, Medicaid-funded services, or human service operations.
  • Must have extensive knowledge of DDD policies.
  • At least 3 – 5 years of management experience is required in a non-profit setting, specifically with self-directed employees.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Non-Profit Director of Fiscal Intermediary:

  • Experience working as a Fiscal Intermediary Manager.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in HR, Human Services, or Finance required. Master’s degree is preferred.
