Our client, a large retail company, is looking to add an Office Administrator to their team. This opportunity is a temporary only engagement estimated to be 3 – 5 months. This is a great opportunity for an Office Administrator booking to gain administrative and logistics experience in a globally recognized company. Salary/Hourly Rate:
$18/hr – $21/hr
Position Overview:
A well-established retail brand is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support operations at their Miami-based warranty center. This is a temporary, full-time role designed to be 3-5 months. The Office Administrator will play a key role in processing incoming shipments, preparing products for service, and assisting with administrative and customer service tasks. This hands-on position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, team-oriented environment and is comfortable working around shipping and receiving operations. A customer-focused mindset, strong organizational skills, and reliability are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities of the Office Administrator:
- Sort and open incoming packages shipped to the warranty center.
- Prepare products for repair and internal processing.
- Provide occasional customer support via email or phone.
- Assist shipping/receiving team with administrative and clerical duties.
- Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of incoming inventory.
- Support the Operations Manager and cross-functional team as needed.
Required Experience/Skills for the Office Administrator:
- 0 – 3 years of experience in an administrative, shipping/receiving, or customer service role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle product carefully.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse or shipping/receiving environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Office Administrator:
- Experience in a warranty center, logistics, or repair service operation.
- Prior work in a role similar to USPS or other package-handling environments.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
