Our client is in the manufacturing industry, and they are dedicated to providing excellent services to their clients. They are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$17/hr

Position Overview:

The Office Clerk will perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office. This role requires a proactive, organized individual who can handle multiple tasks with efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities of the Office Clerk:

  • Assist in daily office operations, including answering phones, directing calls, and managing correspondence.
  • Accurately enter and update data in various systems and databases.
  • Maintain organized files and records, both electronic and physical.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring necessary items are stocked and available.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support office operations.

Required Experience/Skills for the Office Clerk:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
