Client Overview:
Atrium is partnering with a private real estate and development company in Orlando who is seeking a Part-Time Accounting Clerk.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$18/hr – $25/hr
Position Overview:
The Part-Time Accounting Clerk will work with the accounting team on handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other administrative tasks.
Responsibilities of the Part-Time Accounting Clerk:
- Cutting and mailing checks.
- Processing management fee checks.
- Opening and sorting the mail.
- Depositing checks and entering the system.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
Required Experience/Skills for the Part-Time Accounting Clerk:
- Ability to work onsite two days per week.
- Ability to work 4 hours during scheduled workdays.
- 2+ years of experience in accounting.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience working with accounting systems.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Part-Time Accounting Clerk:
- Industry experience in real estate, property management, or construction is highly preferred.
- Experience with Yardi software.
Education Requirements:
- Associates degree or higher.
