Client Overview:
Our client is well known in the Real Estate industry and is seeking a Procurement Specialist in their Pembroke Pines FL location.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$22/hr – $25/hr
Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a Procurement Specialist to work on purchasing requisitions out of the Pembroke Pines, FL office. The Procurement Specialist will prepare highly technical and complex specifications and contracts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for procuring or coordinating the procurement of construction, supplies, and services, including architectural and engineering services.
Responsibilities of the Procurement Specialist:
- Prepare and analyze competitive proposals.
- The Procurement Specialist will review requisitions and confer with departments regarding quantity, quality, and delivery. Confer with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Negotiate with consultants and contractors.
- The procurement Specialist will perform contract administration.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and routing contracts for execution.
Qualifications for the Procurement Specialist:
- 3 – 4 years of experience in a purchasing position.
- Knowledge of Excel.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is required.
