Our client, a large manufacturing company located in Middlesex County, NJ is seeking a strong Rebate and Contract Analyst to join their expanding Financial Services department.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$75k – $85k annually plus bonus.
Position Overview:
The Rebate and Contract Analyst will partner with multiple lines of business to effectively manage the rebates process for specific portfolio of clients.
Responsibilities of the Rebate and Contract Analyst:
- Oversee the pricing and costs, guaranteeing the timely input and maintenance of customer contracts as a Rebate and Contract Analyst.
- Handle and manage changes in customer prices, encompassing market pricing, manufacturer list price alterations, contract price increments, and ongoing customer contract additions.
- Carry out internal audits of customer and vendor contracts.
- Process Proof of Performance (rebate report) and low margin reports.
- Develop RFPs/Bids as a Rebate and Contract Analyst.
- Cooperate with the Customer Experience Department to answer customer inquiries or requests, including daily order substitutions.
- Work alongside the purchasing department to ensure the optimal purchasing methods and pricing.
- Create and maintain sustainable working relationships with internal and external customers.
- Assist the team as a Rebate and Contract Analyst in developing and streamlining contract and cost-related procedures.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including emails and filing.
Qualifications for the Rebate and Contract Analyst:
- 2+ years of pricing, rebates and contract management experience.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong team collaboration and reporting.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
