This company is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst to join their growing team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$33/hr – $47/hr Depending on location and experience

Position Overview:

This full-time Revenue Cycle Analyst position is fully remote, but applicants must live in New York state. In this role, the Revenue Cycle Analyst will be responsible for managing billing operations, ensuring accurate invoice submissions, and reconciling payments. The Revenue Cycle Analyst role requires proficiency in spreadsheet analysis and database queries to research payment denials and resubmit corrected claims as needed. The ideal candidate for the Revenue Cycle Analyst role will have experience in finance or corporate finance, outstanding technical skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities of the Revenue Cycle Analyst:

  • Manage and oversee weekly billing processes and invoice submissions.
  • Reconcile payments and conduct denial research using database queries and spreadsheet analysis.
  • Prepare and resubmit corrected claims or invoices when necessary.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather project insights and meet business objectives.
  • Enhance system functionality to ensure accurate claim reconciliation with the payroll accounting system.
  • Perform limited business-to-business collection activities to maintain low, up-to-date receivable balances.
  • Verify and maintain accurate accounts receivable balances across multiple information systems.

Qualifications for the Revenue Cycle Analyst:

  • Proficiency in advanced spreadsheet functions and PC tools.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on process improvement.
  • Familiarity with accounting systems.
  • Must be located in New York State.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Corporate Finance, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
