Our client, a large restaurant and hospitality company headquartered in Orlando, FL. Our client has both US and international locations and continues growing and expanding its footprint. They are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$85,000 – $100,000 + bonus

Position Overview:

The Senior Financial Analyst provide analytical support to various financial functions within our client’s large restaurant portfolio. This Senior Financial Analyst role will require strong analytical skills, experience in financial modeling, and the ability to interpret complex financial data to assist with strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities of the Senior Financial Analyst:

  • Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management, investors, and stakeholders
  • Assist with the development of financial models and forecasts for the corporation
  • Evaluate the financial performance of various restaurant locations and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the finance and accounting teams to ensure accuracy and transparency in financial reporting
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends and their impact on the corporation’s financial performance
  • Provide recommendations for cost reduction and revenue enhancement initiatives
  • Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes for the corporation
  • Support the finance team with financial audits and compliance requirements
  • Communicate financial information to internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications for the Senior Financial Analyst:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software such as Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and financial analysis tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required
  • MBA or Master’s degree is preferred
