Salary/Hourly Rate:
$120k – $140k
Position Overview:
The Senior Manager, Talent Learning and Development will drive and continue to evolve learning and development initiatives to help attract and retain employees. They will collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to identify skill gaps, developmental needs, and capabilities essential for achieving organizational objectives.
Responsibilities of the Senior Manager, Talent Learning and Development:
- Develop, implement, and assess learning and development initiatives that provide employees with meaningful growth opportunities and support their professional advancement.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning by designing accessible and engaging training programs that align with both individual aspirations and company goals.
- Partner with senior HR leaders and organizational leadership to create and execute talent strategies that drive employee performance, engagement, and retention.
- Manage the performance review process, ensuring clear alignment between individual goals and overall business priorities through structured feedback and development planning.
- Lead succession planning and leadership development efforts to build a strong pipeline of future leaders for critical roles.
- Implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement and foster a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
Qualifications for the Senior Manager, Talent Learning and Development:
- 8+ years of related work experience in learning and development.
- Experience with a learning management system is required.
- Experience with performance management and workforce planning is required.
- Ability to multi-task with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making capabilities.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
