The agency specializes in athlete branding, sponsorship activations, and fan engagement campaigns for professional sports teams and leagues. Position Overview:

The Sports Marketing Assistant will support the marketing team across sponsorship fulfillment, campaign tracking, and event coordination. Responsibilities of the Sports Marketing Assistant:

• Assisting in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns and sponsored content.
• Helping to track deliverables for brand partnerships and sponsorship activations.
• Supporting event logistics, including live events, athlete appearances, and community outreach.
• Creating recap decks, campaign reports, and presentation materials.
• Conducting industry research and compiling competitor insights.
• Managing day-to-day communications with internal team members and external vendors.

Required Experience/Skills for the Sports Marketing Assistant:

• Passion for sports, media, and marketing.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
• Comfortable with Google Suite.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication
• Team-oriented and eager to learn.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Sports Marketing Assistant:

• Previous internship or campus involvement in sports marketing, PR, or event planning preferred
• Experience with Canva or PowerPoint.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
